About the AIR Lab

The Analytics Impact Research (AIR) Lab is the data and performance hub of Park Heights Renaissance (PHR), powered by PHR’s Office of Performance and Innovation. Established to advance equity and improve outcomes for the Park Heights community, the AIR Lab transforms data into strategy to help leaders make informed decisions that drive meaningful change.

Created for PHR staff, partners, policy makers, and funders, the AIR Lab delivers real-time intelligence, rigorous evaluation, and transparent reporting to ensure that every program, policy, and investment is informed by evidence and aligned with community priorities. We make data accessible, actionable, and accountable, supporting smart investments and scalable impact across education, workforce development, housing, public safety, and health.
